Yoga Weekend in Tuscany

Practice yoga daily on the sandy Versilia beach and visit some of the most beautiful locations in Tuscany
Versilia and in particular Marina di Pietrasanta are very popular destinations during the summer holidays but become so much quieter and relaxing after Back to school.
This will not be a typical retreat. We will practice yoga early in the morning (on the beach! weather permitting) and in the evening before dinner, but we will have the rest of the day free to take long strolls on the sandy beach in Versilia and simply chill, or maybe explore the surrounding areas joining the optional day out trips to Florence, Lucca, or Pisa and the stunning San Rossore Natural Park. Here is what we are planning to do:
Arrive by 12pm on October 5th (Thursday)
Depart after 12pm on October 8th (Sunday)
The Yoga Holiday in Tuscany includes:
3 nights Half board accommodation at La Versiliana Hotel (Marina di Pietrasanta, Lucca)
in Double Shared Room (twin beds or double bed) or Single Room*

First Day Arrival Day
Welcome orientation + Free time + evening yoga + Dinner + Bed time Yoga Nidra or Free evening
Second Day
Morning yoga + Breakfast + Day out Visit Pisa + evening yoga + Dinner + Yoga Nidra or Free evening
Third Day
Morning yoga + Breakfast + Day out Visit Florence + evening yoga + Dinner + Yoga Nidra or Free evening
Departure day
1 morning yoga session + Breakfast+ free time until departure

Located only 30 min drive from La Versiliana, Pisa Galilei International Airport with convenient flights from London Heathrow - Gatwick - Luton - and major EU cities.

Yoga clothes or loose comfortable clothes suitable for easy movement
Layered clothing - End of September/early October in Tuscany is usually still nice and warm however weather conditions may vary so it is advisable to bring warmer layers (such as jumper or sweater, long trousers and wind jacket/coat).
Comfortable shoes for walking (city visits and some easy hiking trails depending on the programme)

- Daily early morning energising yoga classes with pranayama (90 min) on the beach or indoors depending on weather
- Daily late afternoon gentle and/or restorative yoga classes with Meditation (90 min)
- Daily evening Yoga Nidra meditation before bed time (30 min)
- Daily Breakfast and Dinner (vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. Water is included. Soft drinks and wine are not included)
- Days out and visits coordination
