Or maybe you are an Employer and want to reward your employees by offering a weekly Yoga class at your office as part of your Employees benefits scheme?
Private One-to-One classes provide a safe and a personalised support to adapt to your lifestyle and specific needs.
How does it work? One-to-One Session: You can have your session at the studio or we come to your home or office at the agreed time. We can provide a mat and some props for you, if required. There will be a first interview and initial health assessment for the teacher to determine the best course of action according to your requirements. The teacher will propose a number of sessions which will be agreed with the client and pre-paid in advance. Appointments can be booked as per client's requirement, on a case by case basis, however ideally we recommend a minimum of one session per week.
Group Sessions: As soon as we receive your enquiry we will get in touch with you to discuss your specific requirements. We offer packages including yoga, meditation and stress management techniques which can be tailored to your needs and specific goals. Contact us for more information and pricing.
