Private One-to-One classes provide a safe and a personalised support to adapt to your lifestyle and specific needs.
How does it work? One-to-One Session: You can have your session at the studio or I can come to your home or office at the agreed time. I can provide a mat and some props for you, if required. There will be a first interview and initial health assessment for the teacher to determine the best course of action according to your requirements. The teacher will propose a number of sessions which will be agreed with the client and pre-paid in advance. Appointments can be booked as per client's requirement, on a case by case basis, however ideally we recommend a minimum of one session per week.
