Welcome! I'm Elena, I'm a certified 500RYT Yoga Teacher and C-IAYT Yoga Therapist. I practice yoga since 2008 and since 2014 I have embarked on this amazing journey of teaching yoga and meditation for the widest variety of people and health conditions. Learn more about my journey here. |
I teach private classes to individuals and groups using a variety of Yoga styles as well as Meditation, Pranayama and Sounding techniques.
I am passionate about a holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing through a combination of ancient disciplines designed to uplift, rebalance and nourish your body, mind and spirit. I put a lot of care and attention in my classes to create a safe space for everyone to feel welcome and accepted for who they are.
My focus is to encourage a non-competitive and joyful practice suitable for all bodies and fitness levels, which supports healing and balancing of body and mind.
Breathing (Pranayama), Mudras (hands gestures to direct the energy in our body) and Relaxation techniques, as well as Meditation are also important parts of my practice which I incorporate in my teaching in different ways and according to each client's specific requirements.

"I love practising yoga at Sanesi Yoga & Co. Studio. The teachers are fantastic, the place is beautiful and calming. I always feel so relaxed and happy afterwards". -JHS
"This is a great studio in the heart of Ealing Broadway. The class size is perfect, great value for money and well paced and in a lovely calm environment! I usually train with Elena and she is fantastic! I always look forward to these lessons (Prenatal Yoga) and they have really helped me during my pregnancy. I just wish I could attend more classes each week!" -A.S
"I have had the pleasure to attend Elena’s yoga classes for a year now and I have loved every minute of it! She is patient, attentive to each student and always makes sure to adapt the practice to their various aches and pains. Mindful of how we’re feeling, she will make gentle adjustments when necessary". Audrey
"Elena initiated me in the yoga world. She is very patient and knowledgeable and always willing to adjust her classes to your personal needs. I have learnt to enjoy yoga with her and to push myself to new challenges in every class. Definitely rewarding and worth giving Elena a good go!" Ana
"Just a note to say thanks for for the guidance through the prenatal yoga sessions. The breathing techniques were great and the meditation that we'd been doing in the last few weeks was really good practice for trying to keep calm and to snatch rest when I could during the initial labour process." M.A.
