Join Elena for a special Restorative Yoga class with Gong relaxation.
Restorative Yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Restorative Yoga works on the parasympathetic system supporting the body's self-healing capabilities, promoting cellular renewal and deep relaxation.
Sound Bath Relaxation is a very special experience suitable for everyone.
The term Sound bath means that you are bathed in sound waves, there is no water involved. Participants are fully clothed and are lying comfortably on their back on a yoga mat (mats, blankets and pillows are provided but you can bring your own if you prefer). All you have to do is lie comfortably and close your eyes and relax. The vibrations generated by the gongs and crystal singing bowl continue the work on the parasympathetic system gently taking all participants into a very deep state of relaxation supporting the natural rebalancing and self-healing process of the body.
No yoga experience is needed and all levels are welcome. It is advised to bring warm socks and jumper to keep you warm during the session. Pre-booking is required to reserve your place.
