This 6 Week MEDITATION COURSE is designed for anyone with an interest in meditation: complete beginners, meditators with a little experience and intermittent practice, as well as students who wish to deepen their foundation and further their knowledge and understanding of meditation. We will look at different visualisation, concentration and meditation techniques from both the Yogic tradition and the Buddhist tradition. We will study different seated postures and Mudras used for meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques) and we will explore various sounding techniques. Every week we will increase the time for the actual meditation to reach a 30 minute uninterrupted meditation in the last class.
By joining our regular weekly class, you will start observing yourself becoming calmer and more focused and maybe start including some of the meditation techniques in your daily life. The course is a way to begin your practise and discover meditation in a safe and non-dogmatic space. It is a great way to create a foundation to develop the skills and confidence to continue your own personal meditation practice at home.

She is a certified 500RYT teacher according to US Yoga Alliance standards and continues studying with world famous teachers in London and overseas to learn about the mind-body connection and has studied different methods to help re-balance and recalibrate the physical, emotional and mental layers of the body.
