WILD MOTIONS YOGA WORKSHOP WITH POLEEN Join Poleen in this Animal Flow Yoga workshop to explore fluid primal movements.
- Animal Flow is a discipline combining quadrupedal and ground-based movements inspired from wild animals. Its creator Mike Fitch, American fitness trainer, designed those innovative new movements as body-weight workout.
- We will improve mobility, coordination and stability through a slow powerful sequence, emphasising the raw body-mind connection.
During this Vinyasa and Animal flow we will work on wrists mobilisations and see the ABC (Ape, Beast, Crab) of Animal Flow. Then we will break down transitions, to finally put it all together in a powerful Flow.
Be ready to have fun learning intuitive moves and animal traveling motions. Suitable for All levels.

About Poleen D'Athis
Poleen's yoga journey began a few years ago when she stepped into a class with curious eyes. She immediately fell in love with the practice and all the benefits it brought on, as well as off, the mat, how it healed her disease, and the way it made her feel more emotionally balances and blissful.
To share her passion, she went to Bali in 2015 and got her 200 hours certificate Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher. A year later, she became an Animal Flow Instructor.
Today, this huge animal lover teaches with all her heart Animal Flow Yoga based on the primary Series of Ashtanga. Her classes are highly focused on connecting movement with breath. She believes that the transition between poses is a beautiful way to find stillness in movement.
To go further in her compassion (ahimsa) for all living beings, doing her best living in a vegan and cruelty-free way, she recently organised a yoga workshop to fundraise money for the Mayhew Animal Home rescue centre.
