THRIVE: A yoga workshop for the New Year with Malaika Brooks-Smith-Lowe and Elena Sanesi
SATURDAY 14th January 3pm-5.30pm Venue: Sanesi Yoga & Co. Studio - Ealing Broadway Contribution: £20 pp
Join Malaika and Elena for a sacred journey within Yourself and learn how to really thrive in 2017!
This workshop will introduce the concept of the five koshas, or layers of being according to the ancient Yogic tradition. We will focus on practices that allow us to bring balance to these aspects of ourselves: the physical, energetic, emotional, wisdom and bliss bodies. To thrive in the outer world, we must be able to turn inward first, reflect honestly on our resistances and lean into our strengths. Through a gentle vinyasa flow yoga, breathing, guided meditation and heartfelt conversation we will enhance our ability to find balance and fulfilment regardless of whether or not you decided to set new year resolutions. This nurturing workshop is a reminder that you have everything you need to live the life you deserve. You just need the time and the space to remember and practising with other like-minded people will strengthen your resolutions and set you up on a journey for a successful and thriving 2017!
Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels. Wear loose flowing clothes suitable for comfort and movement. Pre-booking is required to reserve your place.
